Tickets will ship to you about a month before the festival. If you need to change your shipping address, log in to your account click “sign in” then manage your order and shipping address there. If you do not receive your wristband by the week before the event, you can pick up your tickets at the box office. Box office information will be released closer to the festival.
You may have moved recently or would like your order shipped to a different address. Our friends at Front Gate Tickets can now update your shipping address! Follow these easy instructions to begin the process.
If you do not receive your tickets 7 days before the event, please reach out to Front Gate Tickets to report them missing. You can then visit the Box Office once you arrive at the festival to receive a replacement.
